The six game modes
⚽ Classic
Guess the mystery player. Each guess reveals nationality, position, club, league and age feedback.
🎯 Career
You start with the very first club of a career path. Every miss unlocks the next club.
📸 Photo
A player photo zoomed in to the extreme. Each wrong guess zooms the picture out.
🏟️ Club
One clue to begin with — the country. Founding year, city, stadium, titles and nickname unlock one by one.
🌍 Nationality
Start with a flag, then unlock position, league, age, shirt number and the club's initial.
🧠 Trivia
One football question, four options, one shot.
Colour feedback
- GreenExact match.
- AmberClose — e.g. a former club, or an age within three years.
- GreyNo match.
Scoring & streaks
A solved puzzle starts at 1000 points. Each extra attempt costs 100 points, every hint costs 25, and time spent shaves off up to 150. The minimum for a win is 100 points. Solve at least one puzzle per day to keep your streak alive — puzzles reset at midnight UTC.
